Caffeinated Coffee Repairs is one of the nation’s leading service providers for coffee equipment, helping keep the coffee world brewing. We specialize in servicing a wide range of espresso machines, brewers, and grinding equipment, and we work with many of the industry’s top manufacturers.
We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Service Technician. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves coffee and is eager to learn a skilled trade—no prior technical experience is required.
In this role, you will perform service calls, preventative maintenance, and equipment installations. You’ll troubleshoot and repair advanced coffee equipment while delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients. Although the work is primarily independent in the field, you’ll be part of a supportive team that works together to solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
New hires begin by riding along with a certified technician for hands-on training and will be enrolled in a certification program. Once trained and certified, you will be assigned your own work vehicle and service route.
We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for coffee, a willingness to learn, strong problem-solving skills, and good communication abilities. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential.
Experience as a barista or with appliance repair is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:
· Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory
· Foster strong customer relationships and inspire loyalty through professional and reliable service adhering to safety standards.
· Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements by conducting thorough inspections, timely maintenance, and accurate paperwork completion.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Service mindset and passion for seeking customer satisfaction.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Must enjoy coffee, tasting
· Smartphone proficiency for inventory management, scheduling, and other tasks.
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must maintain a reliable smartphone capable of accessing required training, scheduling, and communication tools.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work and training during the initial training period.
