Accountabilities
  • Own and develop the enablement roadmap for assigned sales verticals by identifying priorities, gaps, and training needs aligned with business goals and revenue objectives.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive enablement programs, including live training sessions, workshops, office hours, certifications, and scalable learning content.
  • Define and document best-in-class sales processes and motions, such as account planning, annual planning, and go-to-market execution frameworks.
  • Create engaging training materials that build sales skills, improve methodology adoption, and strengthen industry and product knowledge.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Insights, Sales Ops, Product) to ensure alignment and relevance of all enablement initiatives.
  • Measure program effectiveness using data-driven insights, tracking readiness, adoption, and certification outcomes to continuously refine enablement strategy.
  • Serve as a key voice of the sales organization, ensuring field feedback is incorporated into enablement priorities and improvements.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience supporting high-volume, fast-paced sales or account management teams in advertising, retail media, agencies, or related environments.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Strategy, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including buying and selling within retail media networks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and programs across multiple stakeholders and timelines.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with experience working across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Nice to have: experience with CPG or retail clients, data analysis tools (Sheets, dashboards), enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic, Continu), AI tools for workflow optimization, and facilitation of large-group training sessions.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary based on location and experience (approx. $83,000 – $106,500 USD depending on region)
  • Equity grants and annual refresh equity opportunities
  • Flexible remote-first work model with “Flex First” approach
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Access to learning and development tools, training platforms, and professional growth resources
  • Equity in a fast-growing company and performance-based compensation opportunities
  • Collaborative and cross-functional work environment with strong emphasis on learning and impact
