This role is a key driver of integrated digital growth strategies designed to increase awareness, engagement, and measurable impact across multiple online channels. You will lead the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns spanning web, search, email, social media, and paid media, ensuring consistent messaging and strong performance outcomes. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on data-driven optimization and user-centered digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, communications, technology, and fundraising to deliver aligned and high-impact campaigns. This is a highly collaborative and mission-oriented environment where digital marketing plays a central role in advancing organizational goals. You will also help shape how marketing technology and analytics tools are used to personalize experiences and improve performance over time.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the strategy, execution, and delivery of integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Manage end-to-end digital initiatives including website optimization, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and audience personalization.
  • Leverage marketing technologies such as CDPs, automation tools, and analytics platforms to improve targeting and performance.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, technology, communications, and fundraising teams to ensure aligned messaging and execution.
  • Translate campaign goals into clear requirements for digital experiences, landing pages, and user journeys.
  • Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to identify insights and drive continuous optimization.
  • Manage paid media strategies, budgets, and external agency relationships to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee CMS workflows, content structure, and publishing governance in coordination with technical teams.
  • Ensure all digital activities align with brand standards, compliance requirements, and performance KPIs.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and organizational collaboration efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Design, UX, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing with proven success managing multi-channel campaigns.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or team management role within digital marketing.
  • Strong track record of delivering campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, or revenue growth.
  • Hands-on experience with digital analytics and advertising platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and audience segmentation/personalization strategies.
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools, CDPs, or similar technologies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for user-centered digital experiences and continuous improvement.
