We offer Competitive Hourly Rate Pay, Flexible schedule, PAID training, Benefits and much more!The role: Behavior TechnicianBehavior Technicians work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism using ABA methods and techniques that you will learn during training and with the ongoing support, mentorship and supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Paid Mandatory Clinical Training/CertificationsAll ABAE employees, regardless of employment status, are required to attend the following mandatory trainings or provide proof of the following active certifications:CPR Certified PCM Certification RBT Certification Job Requirements:Ability to work part time in the afternoons after 2pm-8pm Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with current auto insurance Ability to travel up to 25 miles from your place of residence to provide therapy Ability to pass background checks and provide proof of negative tb test Have a High School Diploma or the equivalent Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Schedule/Shift:Monday to Friday from 8am-8pm Weekend availability if desired Who we are:ABAE is a community resource specializing in effective, research-based applied behavioral analysis strategies designed to enhance self-advocacy, independence, and the overall quality of life for our clients — children and their families — who are neurodiverse, have been touched with autism spectrum disorder, or other behavioral and mental health challenges. What you will do:Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals diagnosed with autism in their homes, center or school setting. Teach children how to communicate, socialize, and play using researched based techniques that will be taught to you during training. Implementing Behavior Intervention Plans created by our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts and Clinical Supervisors. These are detailed plans you follow when working with your client. Encouraging your clients and helping them to reach their highest potential. Record data on goals and progress during each session on your electronic device
