JOB SUMMARY:

The Vice President of Sales is responsible for leading the organization’s overall sales strategy, execution, and performance. This senior leadership role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring alignment between the sales team and company objectives. The VP of Sales oversees regional and national sales teams, establishes performance metrics, and fosters a high-performing, customer-centric culture. This individual plays a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction through market insights and collaboration with other executive leaders.

Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals
  • Lead and mentor regional and national sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust tactics to optimize results
  • Foster and maintain key client relationships and support high-value deal negotiations
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and executive leadership to align sales initiatives
  • Drive expansion into new markets and identify strategic growth opportunities
  • Establish clear KPIs and performance management systems for the sales organization
  • Promote the use of sales tools, CRM systems, and best practices for consistency and efficiency
  • Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and high-level client engagements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience, including multi-market or national sales management
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading successful sales teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience in the multi-family, commercial services, or construction industry is a plus
