The Role:

A Shift Lead provides energetic and enthusiastic support and leadership for the restaurant's daily operations. The Shift Lead is responsible for promoting excellent customer service and directing the work of our great team members.

What A Day In The Life Looks Like:

• Prepare food orders
• Prep/cook food when needed
• Enter customer sales, accept payments, and provide change when needed
• Handle and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness
• Engage with customers
• Answer customer questions
• Lead and help train team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Assist with catering as needed, including taking phone orders, delivering, and working off-site at catering events

Current Open Shifts:

• Seeking candidates for nights and weekends

What you'll bring to the team:

• Excellent communication
• Dependability
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have at least 3 months of experience working in a restaurant/ customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiastic and friendly attitude
• Passion and willingness to train our great team
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
