Key responsibilities:

  • Support full-cycle recruitment, including drafting job postings, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and assisting with job offers.
  • Contribute to recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives across platforms such as the company website, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and help ensure recruitment progresses in a timely manner.
  • Manage candidate communications and ensure a professional and smooth experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update job postings, track applicant activity, and manage records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support onboarding by preparing documentation and ensuring new hire information is accurately entered into our Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Provide administrative and project support to the HR team as needed.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally across a variety of roles.
  • Hands‑on experience working in HRIS and ATS systems; familiarity with JazzHR and ADP is a plus.
  • Proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • A positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude, with the ability to take initiative and work independently when needed.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Bonus: Experience recruiting in the United States and familiarity with US employment practices.
