Intake Specialist (JH) at Distro – Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires

We are seeking people for a personal injury law firm that handles serious injury cases, including car accidents, wrongful death, and rideshare -related accidents (Uber/Lyft). Our practice focuses on both pre -litigation and litigation matters. We do not handle workers compens ation or product liability cases. Our team currently consists of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff dedicated to providing high -quality legal services to our clients.

Job Title: Intake Specialist

First Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00AM 6:00PM (Arizona Time).

Second Shift : Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday (Days off: Monday and Friday) 8:00AM 6:00PM (Arizona Time).

Position: Remote

Skills:

C1 English proficiency.

1 year of experience as an Intake Specialist or similar legal roles.

Proficient with computers, VoIP phone systems, and scheduling software.

Experience using CRM or legal case management software (e.g., Clio, MyCase, Filevine).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Strong organizational and time -management skills.

High emotional intelligence and empathetic.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally using the firms greeting standards

Screen and route calls to the appropriate attorney or staff member

Conduct basic client intake (collecting caller information, case type, and urgency)

Schedule consultations and appointments using the firms calendar system

Manage voicemail messages and follow up as needed

Provide general information about the firms services without giving legal advice

Maintain accurate call logs and client notes in the firms CRM or case management system

Handle high call volume while maintaining a calm and courteous demeanor

Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all privacy requirements
