Sr. Account Manager - Remote
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Account Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of strategic key accounts with a focus on maximizing client value and satisfaction. Your efforts will drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth across major clients. By building long-term trusted relationships, you will identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities while collaborating with internal teams to enhance client loyalty and success.
Accountabilities- Manage a portfolio of strategic clients and build long-term trusted relationships.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to increase the value of existing solutions.
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with client business objectives.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, support, marketing) to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in business or equivalent.
- Understanding of Transport, Logistics, and Supply Chain topics.
- Significant experience in sales management.
- Knowledge and application of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and WHY.
- Experience with quarterly sales targets.
