Director of Operations – Integrated Care (Primary, Specialty, and Diagnostic Services) – Full Time

What You’ll DoPrimary Care Leadership (Core Focus)
  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations across all Primary Care clinics, ensuring exceptional patient access, flow, and experience.

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance care delivery, population health outcomes, and patient engagement within Primary Care.

  • Partner with clinical leadership to strengthen provider performance, care team models, and value-based care initiatives.

  • Drive standardization and best practices across Primary Care sites to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability.

Integrated Service Operations (Supporting Focus)
  • Oversee the operational alignment of specialty services, behavioral health, physical therapy, and diagnostic departments in support of Primary Care.

  • Ensure seamless coordination and referral pathways between Primary Care and ancillary services to optimize the continuum of care.

  • Support operational efficiency and service excellence across all departments.

Performance Optimization
  • Analyze data and performance metrics—especially within Primary Care—to identify trends, close gaps, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Foster a culture of innovation and accountability focused on patient outcomes and operational excellence.

Compliance and Safety
  • Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations and compliance standards across all service lines.

  • Maintain a safe, effective, and patient-centered environment for both staff and patients.

Financial Stewardship
  • Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and forecasting, with a strong focus on Primary Care performance and sustainability.

  • Monitor departmental performance to achieve key financial and operational benchmarks.

Team Development
  • Partner with HR to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing operations team, with emphasis on Primary Care leadership and staff.

  • Provide mentorship and leadership to inspire collaboration, accountability, and growth.

Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build strong relationships with internal leaders, providers, and external partners to enhance Primary Care delivery and integration.

  • Act as a liaison across departments to ensure seamless, patient-first operations.

What You BringQualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Master’s degree strongly preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in operational management, with significant experience in Primary Care leadership required; experience with specialty or diagnostic services preferred.
