About the Role
The Lot Attendant at Cedar plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests in the hospitality, tourism, and recreation industry. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the golf cart areas, which directly impacts the first impression of our establishment.

The Lot Attendant assists guests with parking and retrieving golf carts, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times. This role also involves monitoring the lot for safety hazards and reporting issues to management promptly. Ultimately, the Lot Attendant contributes to the overall operational efficiency and guest satisfaction at Cedar.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service role

  • Familiarity with golf carts and basic knowledge of golf course rules and etiquette

  • Basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking lot and surrounding areas

  • Assist guests with parking and retrieving their vehicles in a timely manner

  • Monitor the parking lot for safety hazards and report any issues to management

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and addressing inquiries

  • Ensure compliance with parking regulations and assist in managing the flow of traffic

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to provide excellent customer service

  • Attention to detail to keep the golf cart parking area clean and free of hazards

  • Time management skills to efficiently assist guests with their needs

  • Familiarity with golf course rules (preferred) to enhance operations and guest interactions
