About This Position
Description:
Position Summary:
The Social Media Manager is responsible for telling the story of our market and restaurants
via social media. They directly report to the Marketing Manager and work with the department managers to communicate a clear and compelling brand for the market and each of the restaurants.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Work with the Marketing Manager and departmental management to create content that is on brand and current with business.
- Weekly touch-ins with all restaurants and monthly photo shoots scheduled
- Create consistent posts and stories for Instagram for each space.
- Post consistently to Facebook.
- Ensure that Google and Apple Maps have updated and accurate information for all restaurants.
- Keep Websites clean and up to date.
- Provide high quality customer service to anyone who reaches out to us via social media platforms.
- Respond promptly to messages and comments and triage if needed.
- Working with PR when necessary for special events promotions through social media and on photo Content Needs
- Organize and coordinate 3rd party photo shoots when necessary to garner content
- Keep up to date photo library for each concept
- Keep up to date brand guide for each concept and help develop ones for new concepts
- Staying up to date on social media trends and news regarding algorithms and new features.

- Complete job responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Foster positive workplace relationships to enhance morale and efficiency while consistently representing the brand image.
- Prioritize keeping the team motivated and engaged daily, diligently working to keep morale high and foster a healthy, positive work culture.
Personal Requirements:
- Self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability and pleasant, approachable nature
- Ability to lead by example with a neat and clean appearance.
- Ability to motivate employees to work as a team and maintain engagement
- Must be a problem solver and multi-tasker, able to handle the pressures of coordinating restaurant operations and staff while finding appropriate solutions to restaurant problems.
- Must possess good communication skills
- Posses a can-do, team-oriented, flexible attitude

Working Conditions:
- A typical work week for this position is 50-50 hours. Hours may vary in season.
- The majority of the day is spent on a computer.
