Senior Project Coordinator at University Health System- San Antonio – San Antonio, Texas

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible and accountable to the Director-Perinatal Neonatal Program for the project coordination required, managing multiple projects associated with University Health strategic growth, education and resources. Organizes implements and evaluates progress with outreach activities for University Health inpatient outpatient programs, with special focus on high-risk maternal patients, with referral-business development support. Provides project coordination relative to health care projects and schedules, departmental contracts and budgets. Works collaboratively with legal services, contracting, budget in addition, finance staff, while ensuring appropriate fiscal control. Responsible for project coordination hospital/medical staff, rural and community referring providers. Supports the development, coordination, and participation in special community events focused on development of referral opportunities and to promote University Health.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree required. A minimum of 2 years relevant experience as a project coordinator, data specialist or project manager.
