- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot assigned production equipment following SOPs and safety standards.
- Perform equipment setup, changeovers, startups, and alignments.
- Conduct routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on machinery.
- Monitor production quality, perform inprocess inspections, and complete required testing.
- Document machine parameters, batch data, and maintenance activities accurately.
- Identify process deviations and escalate issues as needed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, KATA, etc.).
- Train other operators on equipment operation and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- 5–8 years of manufacturing, equipment operation, or technical experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read SOPs, follow standard work, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Regular and reliable onsite attendance is required.
Physical & Work Environment
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally.
- Frequent sitting and visual/hearing tasks; occasional standing, climbing, pushing/pulling, or kneeling.
- Manufacturing environment with exposure to moving equipment and moderate noise.
Pay $33.99/hr
The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
