To support management team coordinating special projects, developing and training team members, assisting with case assignments, and coordinating other program service needs. Supports management team with administrative functions and serves as a liaison, the public, clients, volunteers, other agencies and government officials.
- Support in Monitoring staff daily activities and monitoring projects as assigned.
- Work with the Program Manager with case assignments.
- Liaison between program management team, project team(s) and site management, as is appropriate.
- Coordinate Microsoft Dynamics Systems and data for multiple projects
- Work with program staff to develop appropriate forms, advertising materials, data collection systems, etc.
- Consolidate and verify data on a weekly basis; and work with program management to aggregate data and produce monthly reports.
- Work alongside project management to plan training opportunities for team members, research and conduct team testing for grant requirements.
- Type routine correspondence as requested.
- Organize and maintain client chart file system, file correspondence and other records.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, reserve and prepare facilities.
- Order and maintain supplies and arrange for equipment maintenance using appropriate cost allocation measures.
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent; 4 years progressively responsible, related experience; excellent planning, organizing, verbal/written and PC skills. The ideal candidate would have experience in the area of project management and/or coordination.
- Preferred: Must possess excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in planning, policy design, and spreadsheet analysis is highly desirable. Strong detail orientation.
