Field Service Technician (Columbus) at Greenawalt Hospitality – Columbus, Georgia

The Field Service Technician is responsible for supporting the delivery, setup, and operation of integrated service equipment at client sites. This role requires a dependable, hands-on team member who can work efficiently in the field while ensuring services meet company standards and client expectations.

• Install and set up equipment, including restroom trailers, ice services, and Skylink systems at client sites

• Ensure all services are fully operational and meet quality and performance standards

• Assist with breakdown and removal of equipment following service completion

• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment

• Identify and report any issues, damages, or required repairs

• Ensure proper handling and care of all company assets

• Support delivery schedules and transportation of equipment to and from job sites

• Assist with inventory tracking, loading, and unloading of supplies

• Ensure materials and equipment are properly organized and accounted for

• Interact professionally with clients and site contacts during service delivery

• Address immediate client concerns and escalate issues as needed

• Maintain a positive and service-focused attitude on-site

• Follow company standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures

• Maintain reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and expectations

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Technical experience with equipment setup, maintenance, or field operations

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed

• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills

$15 - $18/ Hour, commensurate with experience

This position requires frequent travel to client sites, company locations, and service areas, along with flexibility to support operations as needed.
