Full Time | Leadership Position

• Direct, oversee, and evaluate all nursing personnel including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and nursing support staff
• Guide staffing procedures to ensure adequate coverage and quality patient care
• Set objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department
• Organize and coordinate admission processes, nursing services, and patient care procedures
• Develop and enforce policies that ensure legal compliance and high-quality care standards
• Monitor departmental budgets and control expenditures
• Resolve operational issues and deficiencies as they arise
• Manage and oversee nursing documentation and record-keeping procedures
• Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to improve efficiency and patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control practices
• Support staff development through coaching, training, and leadership
• Report departmental performance and updates to executive leadership
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Proven experience as a Director of Nursing or nursing leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of patient care standards, hospital procedures, and quality metrics (KPI/KQI)
• Strong understanding of budgeting and financial reporting
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to stay current with evolving nursing and healthcare standards
• Excellent leadership and staff development skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational and stress management abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred
• Valid nursing license and CPR certification required
