About the Role:

The Production Supervisor I for the Weekend Shift plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing facility during nighttime hours. This position is responsible for overseeing production processes, managing team performance, and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards. The supervisor will implement safety protocols and foster a positive work environment to enhance team morale and productivity. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with supervisory experience preferred.

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
