We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the Supply Chain Planner position, joining our Nottingham, PA team!
- SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday approximately 40+ hours a week

Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Planner, using data analytics and subject matter expertise, develops medium and long-range supply plans that meet customer demands, enable efficient scheduling and facilitates on-time delivery to customers while meeting or exceeding service, cost, and productivity targets. The Supply Chain Planner will have responsibility for forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory planning of raw materials and finished goods.

The Supply Chain Planner will have responsibility for forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory planning of raw materials and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:
Essential Roles & Responsibilites:
- Execute MRP using Dynamics 365 and manage exception notices.
- Responsible for developing, managing, and communicating forecasts, production and finished goods purchase plans.
- Responsible for analysis and maintenance of key inputs into the MRP process, and MRP master data within Dynamics 365.
- Accountable for creating, analyzing, and communicating level-loaded capacity plans.
- Maintains optimum and accurate inventory levels of finished goods to meet customer demands.
- Monitor manufacturing and supply chain performance for assigned manufacturing unit and provide period report-out to Management.
- Work directly with manufacturing teams on planning processes & schedule adherence initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales to update and manage finished goods safety stock models for key customers with regular cadence.
- Provide input to the team regarding material management for new launch and end of life items.
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrates proficiency in statistics, forecasting, and forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts.
- Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to understand and parse large volumes of data and convert to actionable information.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Four-year degree in Business or Supply Chain Management and 2+ years experience in planning or management of supply chain preferred.
- Experience forecasting or production/supply chain planning within an ERP/MRP environment preferred.
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.
- Six Sigma green belt or black belt certification preferred.

Physical requirements and work environment:
- Performs work required for this position in an office environment.
- Remain sedentary for moderate to extended periods of time.
- Required to use a computer monitor, keyboard, mouse, and calculator for extended periods of time.
