- Translate business objectives into clear initiatives, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
- Lead development and execution of national campaigns, ensuring alignment across regional, digital, and operational teams
- Provide strategic oversight of brand architecture, creative direction, and brand consistency across all audiences
- Conduct market, competitive, and performance analysis to inform positioning and strategic decisions
- Build executive-ready presentations, business cases, and decision frameworks
- Design and evolve marketing measurement frameworks, including KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadences
- Translate insights into action by identifying performance trends, risks, and opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally (analytics, finance, operations, regional teams) to drive alignment and execution
- Oversee agency and vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery and performance
- Manage and optimize a $500K marketing budget, including forecasting, tracking, and ROI analysis
What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, brand, integrated marketing, or campaign leadership
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Experience in multi-site, multi-brand, or complex organizations
- Fluency in English and French (written and verbal) is required, as this role supports stakeholders in both languages.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong experience in campaign planning, creative direction, and managing agencies or design resources
- Demonstrated ability to build measurement frameworks, define KPIs, and use data to inform decisions
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and ROI tracking
- You think strategically while staying connected to execution and outcomes
- You bring structure and clarity to complex, ambiguous problems
- You can translate insights into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership
- You balance brand integrity with commercial performance
- You are highly collaborative, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- You have experience leading and developing team members
