As a Group Product Manager, Growth, you will lead the strategy and execution of growth initiatives across the full product lifecycle, from acquisition to activation, cross-sell, and expansion. You will manage and develop a team of product managers while partnering closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to build systems that drive measurable adoption and engagement. This role offers the opportunity to shape the growth trajectory of a rapidly scaling platform, establishing disciplined experimentation, optimizing product funnels, and delivering impactful multi-product experiences. You will balance fast-paced iteration with building durable, high-impact infrastructure that maximizes long-term growth.
- Own the full growth product surface, including acquisition, activation, expansion, cross-sell, and referral strategies
- Lead the design, execution, and iteration of product experimentation and testing frameworks
- Manage and evolve communications platforms, notification strategies, and in-product messaging systems
- Collaborate with data science to develop targeting models and next-best-action strategies
- Prioritize roadmap initiatives, balancing short-term experiment velocity with long-term foundational investments
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, aligning with cross-functional partners to ensure execution excellence
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve activation, retention, and multi-product adoption
Requirements:
- 7+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years in a group PM or leadership role
- Proven experience in product-led growth (PLG) and scaling self-serve growth motions
- Strong experimentation and analytics skills, including test design, sizing, targeting, and post-test learning
- Hands-on approach to product execution with experience shipping improvements and integrating AI tools into workflows
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration with engineers, designers, data teams, and go-to-market partners
- Strong systems thinking and ability to distinguish between foundational investments and lightweight experiments
- Exceptional analytical instincts, comfortable using tools like Amplitude and interpreting metrics
- Effective communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
