This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping and executing enterprise technology strategy while ensuring operational excellence. As Director, Strategy and Operations, you will act as the strategic partner to the technology leadership team, translating high-level vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. You will oversee complex, cross-functional initiatives, manage operational processes, and optimize performance metrics across multiple business functions. This role requires both strategic foresight and hands-on operational execution, driving alignment between technology and business objectives. You will lead initiatives that integrate AI and automation, enhance efficiency, and enable teams to deliver with agility and precision. The position emphasizes building a cohesive, high-performing organization and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead enterprise-wide program management efforts, tracking key initiatives across finance, supply chain, HR, and other functions to ensure strategic alignment and timely delivery
  • Develop and manage operational processes, including monthly business reviews and key performance indicator tracking for spend, system stability, and team productivity
  • Partner with technology leadership to maintain the enterprise roadmap and prioritize initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and integration partner, fostering strong relationships with business unit leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Design and implement initiatives that evolve the organization from reactive operations to proactive strategic execution
  • Oversee budgeting, financial tracking, and cost management for the technology organization, ensuring fiscal accountability
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, transparency, and high performance across the enterprise technology organization

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or technical program management within large-scale enterprise technology environments
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling a PMO, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and establishing operational frameworks with measurable outcomes
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional programs and integrate AI or automation to optimize processes
  • Exceptional executive-level communication and reporting skills, capable of presenting operational data to the C-suite
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate vision into executable plans with clear milestones
  • Experience working in global, multi-site technology environments, including manufacturing, logistics, and administrative operations
  • Comfortable leading through ambiguity and driving organizational change in fast-paced, high-growth settings
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing teams across multiple disciplines to achieve strategic objectives
