Qualifications
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting our enterprise network infrastructure. This position is ideal for a selfdirected professional who thrives in complex environments, brings deep technical expertise, and enjoys solving challenging network problems with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise network infrastructure across onpremises and cloud environments.
  • Support core networking technologies, including routers, switches, WAN/LAN, wireless, voice, firewalls, and network security platforms.
  • Lead and support network components of office moves, expansions, changes, and site closures.
  • Implement and support network security solutions, including identitybased access controls and secure web gateways.
  • Monitor, maintain, and document network environments, ensuring system reliability and appropriate backups.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and ongoing operational support, escalating only the most complex issues.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for vendors and service providers.
  • Provide guidance and technical escalation support for junior network team members as needed.

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 6–9 years of experience in network administration, network engineering, or IT infrastructure support.
  • Strong handson experience with enterprise routing, switching, firewalls, and wireless networks.
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols (such as OSPF and BGP), and network troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with leading networking vendors and platforms (e.g., Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Aruba).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities.

Preferred qualifications and experience:

  • Experience with Network Access Control (NAC) or 802.1X authentication.
  • Exposure to cloud networking in environments such as Azure or AWS.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent).
  • Experience supporting regulated or compliancedriven environments requiring traffic inspection and logging.
  • Handson experience with secure web gateway and DNSlayer security solutions, including policy management and identitybased access controls.
