The Tufting Supervisor is responsible for leading all aspects of the tufting department, including production, equipment setup and maintenance, and quality control. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical knowledge and leadership.Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise tufting employees
• Set up machines (yarn, pattern, gauge)
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting
• Monitor product quality and consistency
• Develop work instructions and train employees
• Track production metrics and downtime
• Maintain safe and organized work area
• Drive process improvements

Qualifications

• 3+ years tufting or manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Leadership experience preferred
• Problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
