This role is designed for a strategic thinker who thrives on optimizing complex, cross-functional supply chain networks. You will lead projects ranging from short-term initiatives to long-term, global programs that impact sourcing, manufacturing, distribution, and transportation. Your work will directly influence network efficiency, cost management, and overall operational excellence. Collaborating across multiple teams—including Planning, Transportation, Warehousing, Data Science, Finance, and Enterprise Technology—you will identify improvement opportunities, design actionable solutions, and implement strategies that drive measurable results. This role offers visibility, influence, and the chance to shape supply chain operations at scale while working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Lead end-to-end supply chain optimization projects, from analysis and business case development to execution, tracking outcomes, and communicating results to stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, cost, and service levels across sourcing, manufacturing, middle mile, final mile, and transportation operations
- Develop and maintain mechanisms to track savings, cost reductions, and service improvements generated by strategic projects
- Serve as the single point of truth for key supply chain initiatives, resolving risks and issues while ensuring alignment across multiple departments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, advocating for best practices and sustainable process improvements
- 6+ years of experience in analytical, operational, or consulting roles supporting supply chain or operations teams, or an advanced degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related fields
- Proven success in designing, implementing, and supporting supply chain optimization projects, including network, transportation, inventory, or simulation initiatives
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with experience using data analysis and metrics to inform decision-making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering insights to executive audiences
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with data analytics tools (SQL, Looker, Python) and network optimization software is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Competitive base salary range: $135,000 – $189,550 USD, dependent on experience and location
