This is a strategic and highly visible role where you will lead complex IT programs while acting as a key liaison between internal teams and a major cloud services partner. You will oversee the full lifecycle of multiple engagements, ensuring alignment across opportunity intake, staffing, and delivery execution. With a strong foundation in cloud technologies and modern IT practices, you will drive collaboration across distributed teams and help deliver high-impact solutions for clients. - Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and cloud service stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across all engagements
- Lead end-to-end program management activities, including scope definition, scheduling, resource planning, budgeting, and risk management
- Coordinate opportunity intake, staffing, and delivery readiness to ensure successful project execution
- Partner with technical and practice leaders to allocate appropriate resources across cloud, data, AI, and application development domains
- Monitor project performance, utilization, and key delivery metrics, providing regular updates and insights to leadership
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across sales, delivery, and technical teams to improve execution quality and win rates
- Oversee engagement kickoff, onboarding, and ongoing delivery, ensuring clarity of roles and expectations
- Identify risks, capacity gaps, and operational challenges, proactively escalating and resolving issues
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, documentation, and playbooks to standardize processes and improve efficiency
- Manage client relationships, ensuring a consistent, high-quality delivery experience and successful outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT program or project management within consulting or technology environments
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stream programs with cross-functional and distributed teams
- Solid technical understanding of cloud platforms, application development, DevOps, data, and AI domains
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities
- Experience working in client-facing roles with a focus on delivery excellence and relationship building
- Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
Preferred qualifications:
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
