This role focuses on transforming complex operational and healthcare-related data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. It plays a key part in designing standardized performance metrics, building reliable reporting frameworks, and improving how data is used to drive accountability and operational excellence. The position works closely with both technical teams and business leaders to ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity in reporting outputs. You will help translate large-scale datasets into meaningful narratives that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities. - Design and implement standardized operational performance analytics aligned with enterprise and DS&I priorities.
- Develop measurement frameworks, including data definitions and methodologies, to ensure consistent reporting standards.
- Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Analyze performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and communicate key drivers of business outcomes.
- Perform root cause and statistical analyses (e.g., variance, regression, trend analysis) to support decision-making.
- Deliver executive-level reporting that summarizes insights, outcomes, and recommended actions.
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to enhance data pipelines, reporting processes, and analytics infrastructure.
- Create and maintain documentation, templates, and tools to ensure scalable and repeatable reporting practices.
- Manage competing priorities while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of analytics outputs.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience working with large, complex datasets in an analytics, reporting, or data-focused role.
- Advanced SQL skills (Oracle or T-SQL), including complex queries, joins, and data validation.
- Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, SAS, Python, or similar platforms.
- Strong background in building dashboards, reporting solutions, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Experience applying statistical methods such as regression, trend, and variance analysis.
- Strong ability to translate technical findings into clear, business-oriented insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and executive reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Preferred: experience with ETL processes, healthcare or provider data, and Agile or matrixed teams.
- Annual salary range: $96,700 – $161,100 depending on experience and location.
- Eligibility for annual performance-based bonus.
