This executive leadership role is responsible for driving national revenue growth and leading a high-performing sales organization in a fast-paced, service-driven industry. The VP of Sales will operate as a hands-on leader, actively engaging in key deals, supporting field teams, and directly influencing pipeline creation and conversion. With full ownership of sales execution, this role blends strategic oversight with operational involvement, ensuring strong alignment between customer needs, solution design, and service delivery. Working closely with executive leadership and operations, you will help shape commercial strategy while ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets. - Lead national revenue growth by building, managing, and actively executing within a high-performing sales organization.
- Drive pipeline development, deal strategy, and closing activities while staying directly involved in key customer opportunities.
- Coach, develop, and elevate regional sales teams through hands-on leadership, field engagement, and performance management.
- Establish forecasting rigor, sales discipline, and consistent execution across all regions and customer segments.
- Partner closely with operations and executive leadership to ensure solutions are properly scoped, deliverable, and aligned with customer expectations.
- Strengthen account growth strategies and ensure strong customer relationships across enterprise and regional accounts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in senior sales leadership roles (VP-level or equivalent), ideally within service-based, field operations, or B2B industries.
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth, building sales pipelines, and consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to actively support deal execution and coach teams in real time.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align sales strategy with operational execution and service delivery.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to build structure, discipline, and scalable sales processes in a multi-regional environment.
