**Box Truck Driver (Non-CDL) – Full Time**

**Based out of Cincinnati, OH**
Kinard's Transport is seeking a reliable and safety-focused **Box Truck Driver** for dedicated regional runs. This is a consistent, home-every-night opportunity with a predictable schedule.
### Position Overview
- **Route**: Daily round-trip runs from Cincinnati, OH to Nashville, TN area (and back home by dinner).
- **Schedule**: 5 days per week (typically Monday–Friday; exact days may vary slightly based on business needs).
- **Home Time**: Guaranteed home daily – no overnights.
- **Equipment**: Company box truck (non-CDL required; typically 26' box truck).
### Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a box truck on interstate and regional routes between Cincinnati and Nashville.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load, secure, and unload freight as needed (general freight).
- Maintain accurate logs, delivery paperwork, and communication with dispatch.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and hours-of-service rules.
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
### Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR).
- Previous box truck or delivery driving experience preferred.
- Ability to handle physical aspects of the job (loading/unloading).
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded attitude.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- DOT medical card (or ability to obtain one).
