B2B Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Are you ready to make a tangible impact at one of Denmark’s leading fintechs? ViaBill is transforming the payment landscape with our innovative BNPL, financing, and credit card solutions. We are looking for a proactive and creative B2B Marketing Specialist to spearhead the expansion of our B2B footprint in Denmark.

In this role, you will take full ownership of our B2B marketing initiatives, bridging the gap between sales, merchant success, and marketing to drive growth, enable sales, and build lasting partnerships with our merchants.

What You Will Do
  • Strategic Merchant Programs: Co-create and execute on our merchant program marketing offerings, tailoring strategies to engage different tiers of customers and partners.

  • Co-Marketing Campaigns: Drive the planning and end-to-end execution of joint marketing activities with merchants, spanning paid ads, organic social, newsletters, giveaways, and dedicated landing pages.

  • Outbound Lead Generation: Fuel our B2B pipeline by organizing exclusive micro-events for key merchants (in collaboration with the Merchant Success team) and planning strategic trade fair participation.

  • Sales Enablement & Onboarding: Supercharge inbound sales and merchant onboarding by designing engaging sales materials and building automated, high-converting email sequences in HubSpot.

  • Data-Driven Business Cases: Drive the development of compelling business cases to support marketing and sales initiatives.

  • Digital Footprint & Launches: Play a pivotal support role in redesigning the B2B segment of our website and executing high-impact go-to-market strategies for product launches and relaunches.

What You Bring
  • Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in B2B marketingEducation: A degree in Marketing, Business, Commercial Studies, or a related field is highly preferred.

  • Languages: Native Danish and fluent English (bonus points if you speak Spanish!).

  • Mindset: You are highly proactive, creative, and bring a structured approach to your work. You thrive when driving your own projects and collaborating across diverse teams.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Events & POS planning: former experience with organizing business events, merchandise and point of sales materials

  • Tech Stack: Strong command of HubSpot, Meta & Google Ads, Figma, and Notion (or similar project management tools).

  • Data Fluency: You are comfortable navigating data and extracting insights using Power BI dashboards and Google Analytics.
