About the role

As a Social Intelligence Senior Analyst, you’ll be responsible for executing and contributing to the expansion of the social media listening strategy of a Fortune 50 client. This individual will drive real-time understanding and situational awareness of the issues impacting the client’s business and brand on a day-to-day basis.

As part of a high-performing team of analysts, the Senior Analyst will work closely with the account leader to collaborate with the client to uncover new opportunities to deliver insights and enhance brand, business, and customer intelligence. Additionally, this individual will contribute to integrated digital reporting for the client, including paid social, organic social, and website metrics.

We’re looking for individuals with an interest in data analytics, who are ambitious, self-starters, highly motivated, and enjoy translating complex narratives into digestible communications that inform client action. Requirements

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Daily social listening and delivery of comprehensive reports in support of client’s brand and business priorities
  • Analyzing competitive landscape and responses to key topics
  • Supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly integrated digital reporting for C-suite executives
  • Delivering breakthrough, actionable insights supporting brand intelligence and continuous improvement across the enterprise
  • Occasionally lending support to team that monitors real-time issues, with potential needs to support after-hours or on weekends

Skills and experience you should have:

  • 2+ years in social media or digital marketing analytics
  • Expertise and experience with social media and listening platforms (Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Radian6, Crimson Hexagon, Netbase, Hootsuite, etc.) including advanced Boolean knowledge
  • Strong strategic understanding of social listening capabilities and passion for staying educated about developments
  • Experience with paid and organic social reporting
  • Experience with Google Analytics or other website analytics platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data sets into insightful non-technical stories
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience developing executive presentations and understanding of large corporate environments
  • Must be able to lead and work collaboratively with internal and external teams
  • High level of comfort operating within a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects at once, exceptional attention to detail is a must
  • Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboard design preferred
  • Degree in an analytical or business-related subject such as marketing/market research, data analytics, economics, business administration, etc.
