Product Advisory Manager I Health

You will act as a trusted subject matter expert, guiding internal teams on global health management practices, workflows, and system requirements. Accountabilities

In this role, you will serve as a key advisor across product, sales, and strategy functions, ensuring healthcare solutions align with real-world clinical and occupational health practices while strengthening competitive positioning.

  • Act as a subject matter expert in occupational health and healthcare management systems, providing guidance on workflows, standards, and industry best practices
  • Translate healthcare market trends, challenges, and innovations into actionable insights for product and engineering teams
  • Support product strategy and roadmap development by advising on user needs, clinical workflows, and healthcare system requirements
  • Develop competitive intelligence and positioning strategies to support sales teams in winning opportunities
  • Assist in sales enablement activities including RFP responses, product demonstrations, presentations, and solution positioning
  • Coach internal teams on user personas, healthcare stakeholders, and real-world use cases to improve product design and messaging
  • Contribute to mergers & acquisitions analysis through product capability assessments and market fit evaluations
  • Support partnerships and external engagements with industry associations, analysts, and healthcare stakeholders
  • Represent product expertise in internal and external forums, including industry events and thought leadership initiatives
Requirements

This role requires deep healthcare domain expertise combined with strong product, software, and communication skills to bridge clinical practice and technology-driven solutions.

  • 5+ years of experience in clinical practice and/or operational health management roles
  • Strong understanding of occupational health, healthcare delivery systems, or practice management environments
  • Degree or certification in a healthcare-related discipline (required)
  • Experience working with healthcare software systems as a user, administrator, or subject matter expert
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, regulatory standards, and industry practices
  • Ability to analyze market trends, user needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present complex concepts clearly
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Business acumen with ability to connect healthcare insights to product value and commercial outcomes
  • Experience working across multiple healthcare environments or geographies is an asset
  • Additional language skills (French, Spanish, German) considered an advantage
