- Deliver personalized mortgage advice and solutions to clients, guiding them through the full home financing process from application to closing
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business through lead conversion, referrals, and proactive prospecting in the local market
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal banking teams, real estate professionals, and community partners to generate opportunities
- Conduct client meetings virtually or in-person, ensuring a seamless and flexible customer experience aligned with individual needs
- Contribute to financial planning discussions by identifying broader banking needs and connecting clients with appropriate solutions
- Maintain compliance with mortgage policies, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements
- Proven experience in mortgage lending, financial services, or retail banking with a strong sales orientation
- Solid understanding of mortgage products, lending processes, and credit assessment fundamentals
- Strong business development and networking skills with the ability to generate and convert leads effectively
