Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate / fulfill inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling, printing labels tracking, and documentation
• Liaise with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays, discrepancies, or issues
• Maintain accurate shipping records, inventory logs, and compliance documentation

Operations Support

• Support daily operational workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines
• Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to optimize operations
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between clinical, IT, and operations teams

Inventory & Supply Chain Management

• Track inventory levels and support replenishment activities
• Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies

Data & Reporting

• Maintain operational dashboards and generate regular reports on inventory and logistics performance (e.g., delivery timelines, costs, accuracy)
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Ability to manage large

Experience dealing:

• Hands on experience working with courier vendors
• A strong work ethic with a history of excellent attendance
• Excellent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast paced environment
• Strong organizational and attention to detail
• Independent, self-starter, ability to resolve issues and escalate as appropriate
