Kelley Automotive Group Car Wash Renewal Attendant at Kelley Automotive Group LLC – Fort Wayne, Indiana

Department: Kelley Car Wash

Functions: Assist customers with kiosk functions and complete electronic renewals.

Relationships: Reports to the Car Wash Manager and Crew Leader.

Responsibilities and Authority:

· Greet customers and assist with kiosk functions for choosing a wash.

· Inform customers of annual Kelley Wash Tag renewal requirements.

· Electronically capture renewal information and submit for processing.

· Excuse customers without a valid Kelley Car Wash tag or proper payment.

· Speak with customers regarding general questions and information about the car washes.

· Assist customers with purchasing Luxe upgrades, both online and at the kiosks.

· Signal the inside attendants regarding any special features needed to be programmed for vehicles coming into the tunnel.

· Assist with loading vehicles and monitoring the tunnel for safety.

· Complete general cleaning and housekeeping tasks.

· Maintain a pleasant and positive demeanor and attitude throughout shift.

· Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

· Any tasks deemed necessary by the Manager.

Qualifications:

Must be able to read and comprehend instructions and information. Professional appearance. Must be able to work outside. Must be able to stand and walk repeatedly throughout the shift. Excellent communication skills, both in person and electronically.

Working Conditions:

This is a position that will expose employee to outdoor elements year-round. Will stand, stoop, kneel, lift, push, pull, crouch and reach repeatedly during the shift. Will have personal interactions with customers. Will be exposed to heat, cold, noise, dust, fumes, hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
