What You’ll Do:

With full day availability during the week (Monday-Friday), you’ll spend your days creating memorable experiences for kids—think outdoor play, stories, songs, creative activities, and helpful routines. You’ll guide naps, meals, and schedules while building meaningful connections. Every shift is a chance to make life smoother for a family and brighter for a child.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Availability Monday–Friday between 7am–7pm to ensure consistent weekly hours (Don’t worry! Your shifts won’t run 12 hours)
• At least 2 years of childcare experience (paid or unpaid) and the ability to provide two childcare references
• A genuine commitment to safety, engagement, and active attention while caring for children
• Reliable car + Valid drivers license
