What You’ll Do

• Run fabrication machines safely and efficiently
• Read job specs and set up materials the right way
• Load/unload materials (yes, you’ll get forklift time)
• Keep machines running smoothly with basic maintenance
• Spot issues early and keep quality on point
• Work with equipment like brake presses, punches, and more

What You Bring

• Mechanical mindset + attention to detail
• Ability to read measurements (ruler required, calipers/CAD a plus)
• Basic math and communication skills
• Reliable, on time, and ready to work
• Comfortable in an active role (lifting up to 50 lbs, on your feet all day)
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
