Community Engagement Liaison at Southern Caregivers AR – El Dorado, Arkansas

DUTIES OF POSITION:
Responsible for developing and managing all aspects of our marketing strategy. Focusing on creating, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital and traditional marketing campaigns across various marketing channels. Planning and implementation of community outreach strategies. Promote the company brand and expand our presence throughout the state. Cultivate relationships between businesses, individuals, potential clients, and other relevant resources/organizations.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
-Conduct marketing research within your territory to establish areas with client needs.
-Develop and implement marketing plans.
-Establish new and effective strategies to reach clientele through appropriate marketing channels.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing referrals resources through prospecting and networking.
-Work with other Southern Caregivers staff members to develop and implement initiatives that increase company visibility and grow the business.
-Promote company brand awareness through community outreach efforts. Maintain a calendar of outreach activities, including community events, appearances, and other communication opportunities.
-Communicate effectively with your office staff to follow-up on referrals, inquiries, etc.
-Participate in meetings as requested by Directors, QI, and/or Office Managers.
-Communicate with your office staff about local events and opportunities to participate in on behalf of Southern Caregivers even if you are unable to attend.
-Performing other duties when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3 or more years of marketing experience (digital or traditional)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online marketing platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
