Job Description
This position will be primarily remote with some requirements to be onsite as needed (Ann Arbor or Livonia, with light travel to Grand Rapids)
Purpose
Works with system senior & mid-level executive clients to investigate & assess key issues, develop hypotheses & frameworks, conduct qualitative & quantitative analyses, identify viable business strategies & synthesize findings. Serves as (Development) consultant for national initiatives, Organization Effectiveness or OD&D system level services and/or for one or more (typically multi-state) Service Areas through advanced analytical approaches & providing a broad range of consulting services related to organization development (e.g., change & transition management, colleague engagement, team development) & other complimentary organization development services impacting large scale organization effectiveness and culture.
Essential Functions

Consulting Services: (Org Development), Provide consulting services spanning national initiatives, system level services and/or Service Areas. Execute consulting goals in collaboration and alignment with Organization Effectiveness COE goals & supporting TH strategic priorities.
Organization Development Solutions: Priority and need based consulting and solutioning to include, leadership and team coaching and consulting (i.e., engagement and retention strategies, team formation, NLI, 360 assessment, insights discovery, etc); Change enablement / leadership strategy to support large scale change efforts (i.e., Mergers/Consolidations/Partnerships); Infuse Trinity Health Culture
Project Management & Decision Support: Design & drive large scale national, programs & initiatives for system and/or one or more service areas. Design custom and/or utilize established decision support tools & techniques including reports using integrated analytic methodologies.
Advise & Enact Change: Advise, design & lead enterprise & organizational change, transition & integration efforts including MD&A. Works with the organization to evaluate implemented organizational changes.
Systemness Focus: Design & implement OD&D solutions & building partnerships to foster & support systemness & spreadability.
Serve as advisor and ambassador of OE services, solutions and industry best practices to inform and influence business decisions nationally and locally and engaging partners as appropriate in other Service Areas, COEs and practice areas.
Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, state & local laws/regulations, Trinity Health Integrity & Compliance Program & Code of conduct, as well as other policies & procedures to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical & professional behavior.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience; 5+ years progressively more responsible/complex consulting and Organization Development/Organization Effectiveness experience, 3+ years planning, formulating & executing work plans, 3+ years experience in organization assessment & development, Specific proven experience with Project management, Decision support & data analysis, Team performance analysis, Performance management systems and objective setting; Experience and expertise in one domain. Emerging expertise in at least one additional domain. Domain experience in Organization development
