Job Overview:

The Registered Staff Pharmacist performs all duties concerning the practice of pharmacy, in accordance with State and federal regulations and the established policies and procedures of the department. All methods of practice shall conform to written hospital policies and procedures and be carried out to the highest achievable level of competency in a manner demonstrating concern and consideration. All Registered Staff Pharmacists will demonstrate the Behavioral Health Center's philosophy of Total Quality Management by actively applying that philosophy in all dealings with both internal and external customers.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Minimum Bachelor of Pharmacy from an accredited school of pharmacy
• Completed a PGY-1 residency or comparable experience
• Minimum 1 yr of hospital and Behavioral Health pharmacy experience

Certifications and Licenses Required:

• Currently Registered as a Pharmacist with the NJ Board of Pharmacy

Scheduling Requirements:

• Day shift
• Weekday and weekend coverage
• Per Diem
