Partner Programs Community Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Partner Programs Community Manager in United States.

This role is central to shaping how a global partner ecosystem connects, engages, and grows through structured communications and digital experiences. You will design and manage partner-facing communication strategies, content operations, and engagement workflows that ensure clarity, consistency, and value across all touchpoints. Acting as a key connector across Partner Programs, Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Communications teams, you will help scale partner awareness and readiness across a fast-moving, AI-driven environment. The position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring strong content, program, and community management expertise. You will also play a key role in optimizing digital partner experiences, improving discoverability, and enhancing self-service engagement. This is a fully remote opportunity with significant visibility and impact across the partner ecosystem and leadership teams.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of partner engagement strategies, content operations, and digital experience improvements that strengthen ecosystem performance and partner satisfaction.

  • Develop and execute partner-first communication strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption across the partner ecosystem.
  • Define communication frameworks, messaging standards, cadences, and governance practices to ensure consistency across channels.
  • Own the end-to-end partner content lifecycle, including planning, creation, curation, distribution, and governance of partner-facing materials.
  • Build and manage content workflows, calendars, and prioritization processes supporting programs, enablement, events, and incentives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Enablement, PR, Product Marketing, and Communications to align messaging and execution.
  • Lead improvements to partner digital experiences, including portals, content hubs, and community platforms, to enhance usability and engagement.
  • Identify gaps in the partner journey and implement scalable solutions to improve discoverability, self-service, and adoption.
  • Develop partner recognition and visibility initiatives, including success stories and advocacy programs.
  • Establish and track engagement metrics to measure effectiveness and continuously optimize programs.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in partner programs, communications, or ecosystem engagement, with strong content strategy and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

  • 6–8 years of experience in partner marketing, partner programs, communications, community management, or ecosystem operations.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and scaling partner communications and engagement initiatives.
  • Strong ability to design and execute content strategies, workflows, and governance models.
  • Experience using data and engagement metrics to optimize content performance and partner experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable working with digital platforms, partner portals, and content management systems.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a proactive mindset toward adopting new technologies is highly valued.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with bonus eligibility.
  • Fully remote work arrangement.
  • Paid time off and paid parental leave.
  • Private medical, life, and disability insurance (varies by location).
  • Inclusive work culture with strong diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Access to employee resource groups and leadership-sponsored communities.
  • Opportunity to shape and scale a global partner ecosystem in a high-growth, innovation-driven environment.
