This role is responsible for leading end-to-end implementation of an AI-powered clinical documentation solution within healthcare environments, with a specific focus on nursing workflows. The Implementation Director – Nursing serves as the primary point of contact for strategic healthcare partners during onboarding, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. This position ensures seamless execution of complex implementation projects involving clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders. It requires strong leadership in managing cross-functional coordination, driving adoption, and ensuring successful integration into clinical systems such as electronic medical records. The role operates in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where communication, precision, and execution are critical. This is a highly impactful opportunity to directly influence healthcare transformation through innovative technology.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end customer implementation projects, serving as the main point of contact for healthcare partners during onboarding and deployment
  • Own project planning, coordination, and execution across clinical, technical, and operational teams
  • Manage all phases of implementation including kickoff, configuration, testing, clinician training, go-live, and stabilization
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and success metrics to ensure on-time delivery
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while developing contingency plans when needed
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout implementation cycles
  • Design and execute testing and validation plans, tracking issues and driving timely resolution
  • Collaborate with support and operations teams to improve implementation processes and scalability
  • Contribute to the development of repeatable deployment frameworks to support scaling implementations

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management or implementation roles within healthcare technology or B2B software environments
  • Proven experience delivering successful software or clinical system implementations, preferably including electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical environments, and nursing-related processes is highly preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize and clearly present information to diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and strong relationships with healthcare partners and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively identify risks and escalate when necessary
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a bias toward action and execution
  • Experience with Epic systems is a plus
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 40 percent
  • Must be based in the Central or Mountain Time Zone (preferred constraint)
