We are always seeking top talent in Retail Banking.

The ideal candidate should have two or more years of experience in Retail Banking as a Market (Branch) Manager with strong experience in developing outstanding customer service and relationship skills. The Branch Manager is a key member of the branch management team and assumes the lead responsibility for the operational integrity of an independent full-service branch while managing the daily activities of the staff according to established policies and procedures. The Branch Manager supervises and controls the workflow of the office and conducts business development activities to increase the customer base. This position provides leadership to staff in order to motivate them to perform at a high level and ensures that customers are provided high quality and prompt professional service. This position is located at our location in Piscataway, NJ.
