About This Position

Senior Brand Designer, Special Projects

As a Senior Brand Designer, Special Projects, you will work on the most important projects across the company — from new brand identities to flagship campaigns and confidential work.

Reporting directly to the SVP, Executive Creative Director, you will operate in close partnership on these high-priority creative initiatives.

You will be trusted to operate independently, originate ideas, and deliver work with a level of craft and conviction that reduces the need for senior intervention. The expectation is not just execution but also it is judgment, taste, and originality.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead design on high-impact, high-visibility brand projects
  • Originate and evolve visual identities across products, partnerships, and platforms
  • Deliver work across identity, editorial, print, packaging, presentation, and spatial design
  • Contribute to flagship and confidential initiatives with Crypto.com, ai.com, og.com, and global partnerships (e.g. F1, UFC, UEFA, Crypto.com Arena)
  • Present and defend design decisions with clarity and confidence
  • Set a higher bar for craft, consistency, and visual quality across the team
Requirements:
  • 6+ years in graphic / brand design
  • Portfolio demonstrating high-quality, original work
  • Crypto knowledge required
  • Strong interest in finance, technology, and culture-driven brands Mastery of typography, layout, and composition
  • Strong experience in identity design (logos, systems, brand architecture)
  • Deep understanding of graphic design fundamentals (grids, editorial thinking, print)
  • Exceptional taste and visual judgment
  • A portfolio of original, high-quality work that stands apart from industry norms
  • Ability to articulate and defend design thinking
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
  • AI-enabled, not AI-dependent
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma
  • Familiar with AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Nanobanana, Higgsfield, etc
Nice to have:
  • Motion or digital design sensibility
  • Experience applying design across campaigns, social, and spatial environments
  • Image-making capabilities (photography, AI, or art direction)
  • Strong awareness of contemporary visual culture
