Join a fast-paced, high-volume dispensary where your leadership and cannabis knowledge make a real impact. We’re looking for experienced Lead Budtenders who can keep things running smoothly while delivering standout customer experiences.

⚠️ Schedule Requirement:
Full-time with complete open availability required (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays)

What you’ll do:

• Lead the sales floor and support your team during busy shifts
• Provide expert cannabis guidance and top-tier customer service
• Help manage daily operations, cash handling, and compliance
• Keep the store organized, stocked, and running efficiently

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years leadership or supervisory experience
• Dispensary/budtending experience preferred
• Dutchie & METRC experience a plus
• Strong communication and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
