This role is designed for a strategic and operational leader who will define, optimize, and scale global business services (GBS) processes and operating models. The Director will lead cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, drive standardization, and implement best-in-class process frameworks across multiple service lines. By establishing measurable performance indicators, this position ensures the delivery of high-quality services, operational excellence, and sustainable transformation. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams, and process owners, while also promoting innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of digital tools. The Director will play a pivotal role in shaping GBS strategy, improving operational agility, and enabling business growth across diverse markets. - Define, implement, and continuously improve GBS processes and operating models to optimize service delivery and efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to standardize processes across business units, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational excellence.
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics, service level agreements (SLAs), and process health indicators to ensure consistent service quality.
- Partner with technology teams to leverage automation, analytics, and digital tools that enhance process efficiency and scalability.
- Drive change management initiatives, including training, communication, and adoption of new operating models across multiple regions.
- Provide thought leadership on process optimization, emerging trends, and best practices within global business services.
- Mentor and guide teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in operations, process management, or global business services, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable operating models and standardized processes.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex transformation initiatives.
- Skilled in performance management, process metrics, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with process automation tools, analytics platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment while delivering results with high impact.
