Pool Attendant at Century Golf Partners Management – Stockbridge, Georgia

CENTURY GOLF PARTNERS MANAGEMENT

Greet and check in club members and their guests. Greeter duties involve activities such as greeting and obtaining complete guest information and maintaining accurate records for applicable fees. Greeters inform and enforce rules and regulations upon check in of both pools. Greeters are the front line for providing helpful information and resources to those who inquire about membership.

• Punctuality; Friendly and outgoing personality
• Customer Service experience, Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Neat appearance and grooming
• Basic computer skills and understanding
• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team

• Reliable car transportation

• Can work required hours and holidays
• Must be at least 16 years of age with Valid driver license

• Provide and deliver exceptional member/guest hospitality service
• Greeting guests, conveying general club information and membership inquiries.
• Being knowledgeable about Guests, Age and Dress Code policy
• Enforce restrictions concerning outside food/beverages/coolers
• Accurate shift reporting, attention to detail for opening and closing pool procedures
• Ensure work area is neat and orderly
• Support Lifeguard staff as needed with member interaction to prevent lifeguard distraction concerning pool rules and regulations
• Provide timely updates and communication to supervisors
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to speak convey information clearly and listen carefully
• Must maintain professionalism in stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Must maintain composure and objectivity.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
• Must be able to work outside in warmer temperatures.

TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is performed mainly outdoors with exposure to heat with accommodations, umbrella, fan, required breaks. Occasional inside help as needed. Required shifts AM or PM 4 or more hours per shift.
