Pritchard Companies is seeking a strategic and collaborative Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support business leaders and employees in an onsite environment. This role partners closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals while supporting employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. The HRBP is a visible, hands‑on presence, supporting day‑to‑day people needs at the location.
What You’ll Do- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
- Provide onsite coaching and guidance on performance management, employee development, and organizational design.
- Lead employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Analyze HR data and trends to provide insights and recommend improvements.
- Drive employee engagement, culture‑building, and change management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruiting strategies and hiring decisions.
- Partner with Total Rewards on compensation and benefits initiatives.
- Serve as an accessible HR presence for employees and leaders through regular onsite interaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner or HR leader.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices across multiple functional areas.
- Proven ability to influence leaders and build strong working relationships.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, onsite business environment.
- HR certification (SHRM‑CP/‑SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.

This is an onsite position in a professional office environment with frequent interaction with leaders and employees. Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.
