This is an Entry-Level Operations Role — Not ClericalThis is an entry-level opportunity for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in dispatching, scheduling, logistics coordination, or service operations who want to grow into Field Service Operations.
This is not a front desk, receptionist, or general administrative role.
You will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching field service technicians, managing real-time service activity, and ensuring work orders are executed accurately in a high-volume environment.
🚨 Role Expectations (Read Before Applying)This is a high-volume operations role, not a basic customer service position.
- You will manage multiple schedules, calls, and technician updates at the same time
- Priorities will shift throughout the day — requires real-time decision making
- You will coordinate field technicians and service jobs, not just answer calls
- This role requires urgency, accuracy, and strong follow-through
- You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment

What You’ll Do- Dispatch and schedule field service technicians nationwide
- Manage real-time schedule changes and urgent updates
- Create and update Service Orders (SOs) and Return Authorizations (RAs)
- Track parts shipments, ETAs, and delivery confirmations
- Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the service lifecycle
- Handle escalations, reschedules, and service disruptions
- Maintain accurate ERP/CRM documentation
- Minimum 1 year of dispatching, logistics coordination, or scheduling technicians/drivers/service teams
- Experience using ERP, CRM, ticketing, or work order systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (sorting, filters, basic formulas)
- Experience in a high-volume call / coordination environment
- Ability to manage real-time schedule changes and escalations
- Must be able to work 100% onsite in Irvine, CA (Mon–Fri, 8–5)
- Experience must include coordination, scheduling, or dispatch responsibilities — not just general customer service or front desk support
- Field service, logistics, HVAC, construction, or technical dispatch experience
- Parts tracking / shipment coordination
- Experience working with technicians or service teams
- High-volume phone + scheduling environment
- Frequent schedule changes
- Urgent technician updates
- Detail-driven documentation workflow
