Urban Smiles Victoria is looking for a passionate, hard-working Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on a part time basis!

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes pride in educating patients on preventative dental care and oral hygiene, as well as empower them in their commitment to good oral health by developing treatment plans and home care routines tailored towards the patients' needs. Our ideal Registered Dental Hygienist is detail-oriented, dependable, and genuinely committed to creating a positive patient experience.

We are a boutique-style clinic located in the heart of downtown Victoria, with three restorative operatories and three hygiene operatories. We offer a wide range of dental services and are proud to have a strong, loyal patient base and a long-standing, supportive team.

SCHEDULE:

• Monday-Friday (flexible days/hours)
• Ideal schedule Monday 8am-4pm, Tuesdays 10am-6pm, Fridays 8am-4pm
• Tuesdays 1 hour lunch break, Monday and Friday 30 minute lunch break

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Registered or in process of registering with the BC College of Oral Health Professionals
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
• New graduates welcome!
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
